Shipping Policy

JFrank & Company requires a two day processing time and up to seven days for you to receive your order. All orders are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Services). You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). JFrank & Company will not be liable if shipping is delayed due to inclement weather, carrier delays, or holidays.

Return & Exchange Policy
